Session 1 :

Day 1

A review of dental implants, components, and glossary of terms.

-Implant design, surface treatments, thread design, connections

-Evaluation of patients and treatment planning

*Identifying the patients’ expectations, medical and dental history

*Radiology

*CBCT

*Study models

*Identification and classification of soft and hard tissue deficiencies

*Dental photography

*Informed consent and charting(documentation)

Day 2

A review of:

-Anatomy as it relates to dental surgery

-Bone and soft tissue histology as it relates to implant integration wound healing

-Spacial parameters of implant positioning for ideal esthetics and function

-Treatment planning cases

*Single unit

*Multiple missing teeth

*Full arch

-Surgical treatment follow-up

*Instrumentation

*Flap design

-Suturing and suturing techniques: HANDS-ON

-Post-op care and complications

Day 3

-model surgery

-guided tissue regeneration and socket preservation

-immediate implant placement
